• Drop-off at Surabaya / Banyuwangi / *Bali

• Day 1: Pick-up from Hotel / Ketapang harbour / Banyuwangi train station. Ijen midnight tour, then transfer to Bromo area. overnight in Cemoro Lawang.
• Day 2: Mount Bromo Sunrise tour, drop off Probolinggo.

A: While we schedule tours during optimal conditions, visibility depends on volcanic activity. We provide regular updates on current conditions.

Q: How difficult is the hiking?
A: Ijen involves a 3km uphill hike (1.5-2 hours). Bromo: light walking. Suitable for average fitness.

Q: Are there age restrictions?
A: Recommended for ages 9+ due to early mornings and moderate physical activity.

• The remaining balance for the tour must be paid in full upon pickup
• Itinerary Changes & Force Majeure: If the intended destination becomes inaccessible due to a natural disaster, severe weather, or any other circumstance beyond our control, the itinerary will be altered to an alternative destination. In such cases, no refund will be issued
